The Triangle, situated on Giffard Road in La – Accra, is a mixed-use development comprising a sub-basement car park and a four-storey superstructure.
The building employs a conventional reinforced concrete flat slab system with drop panels, supported by reinforced concrete columns on tied foundations. Lateral stability is provided by a centrally located core wall.
