Platinum Place is a striking mixed-use development located on Kanda High Street in Accra. Commissioned by SIC-FSL and completed in 2015, the project was designed by Atelier, Ghana and constructed by GKL to serve both commercial and functional needs in a fast-growing urban corridor.
Spanning multiple levels, the building features a strong, modern structure that supports a range of uses while maintaining a clean architectural profile. Platinum Place reflects thoughtful planning and durable construction — built to accommodate dynamic urban activity in one of Accra’s prime locations.
